Subject: Appointment of Security Guards and Increase in Annual Maintenance Charges

We hope this notice finds you well. We would like to inform you about some important updates regarding security measures and maintenance charges in our Silver Oak Society.
We are pleased to announce that in our ongoing efforts to enhance security within our community, we have appointed security guards at Gate Nos. 2, 3, and 4. These security personnel will be stationed round-the-clock to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and their properties. We kindly request everyone to cooperate with the security staff and adhere to the guidelines for smooth functioning.
Additionally, it has been decided by the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) to increase the annual maintenance charges by Rs. 7,000. This adjustment in charges is necessary to cover the expenses incurred in appointing the additional security guards and to maintain the overall upkeep of our society’s facilities and amenities.
