Birla Institute of Technology

Birla Institute of Technology located at Mesra is one of the premier institutes of Ranchi. This deemed university is well known for its excellent standard of technical education.
It was declared as one of the top ten engineering colleges of India by the India Today magazine. Birla Institute of Technology offers various technical and engineering courses both at the graduation and post graduation level. The administration lies with the UGC and the A.I.C.T.E. The BIT Ranchi was established by Indian Industrialist BM Birla in the year 1955.
