Madurai Medical College

Located in the temple city of Madurai, the Madurai Medical College is one of the oldest medical institution of our country. The medical college provides medical care mostly to the people of south Tamil Nadu along with another government medical hospital, the Rajaji Hospital. Admission Procedure

The Madurai Medical College is under the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University. The medical college follows strict norms regarding its admission to the various courses. Admission to the medical institution depends on one's performance in H.Sc and then on the TNPCEE Examinations which are held every year. The college abides by the reservation policies adopted by the state government.

Courses of Education

The Madurai Medical College provides courses on various medical and para medical fields of study. The various courses are M.B.B.S, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, and Nursing.
