This new form of cricket made its international debut in February, 2005 when new Zealand and Australia took on each other. September 2007 is going to witness the first world tournament of Twenty20 in the form of ICC World Twenty20 in South Africa.
Starting from Septemeber 11, 12 Test playing nations of the world will compete for the first ever ICC World Twenty 20 Cup.
