IIT, Guwahati

IIT Guwahati is one of the greenest and well-planned campuses in India. The campus is located on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra and that adds to the aesthetic feel of the place. Hills and vast open spaces make it an ideally beautiful campus. Apart from this, migratory birds and beautiful sunset and sunrise make it a deserving campus in this list. As it is located at a distance of about 20 km from Guwahati city, some students do complain about its location.

Dehradun Institute of Technology (DIT) Dehradun

DIT is situated on Dehradun-Mussoorie Highway at the foothills of the Himalayas. It was established in 1998 and is one of the oldest technical colleges in Dehradun. Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani – K.K Birla Goa Campus or BITS Pilani, Goa

BITS Pilani was founded in 2004 and is located on verdant hills on the banks of the Zuari River, Goa, a well-known and a popular tourist spot across the world. Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College (GBPEC), Pauri Garhwal

GBPEC was established in 1989 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It is located in a beautiful mountainous region of the Himalayas, Uttarakhand.

IIT, Madras

IIT, Madras campus is home to a wide variety of animals and wildlife, especially the blackbuck. The Indian Institute of Technology Madras was inaugurated in 1959 and is located in a wooded land. The campus has around 100 labs.

Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore

Punjab Agricultural University, (PAU), Ludhiana

I have been brought up in Ludhiana and have studied here, so can say with confidence that PAU is one of the most beautiful campuses in India. The place is extremely serene and well-maintained. PAU has huge lawns, playgrounds and experimental fields. Ornamental and seasonal flowers add to the aesthetic look and feel of the place. The abundant greenery makes the campus of PAU cool, and serene.
