Just the other day I had invited some of my friends over my place for an evening chit chat and was ready with my mocktail menu when something struck me. What would I serve in snacks with a mocktail? There are many options to choose from but I wanted to be different. So I made these Biscuit Canapes, and they were an instant hit with everyone.

Canapes are also known as finger food. In western parts of the world finger food is anything which can be eaten with only hands, i.e., without using any cutlery. Canapes can be made in various ways using different bases, however the only thing I had that day were Monaco biscuits, so I made Biscuit Canapes. They look very appealing, are extremely light to eat and thus, make on to the list of a perfect snack. They are sure to make you look like a perfect chef at home. I topped them with boiled corn, onion, tomatoes and garnished with some grated cheese, however, you can be innovative in your own way. These canapes would go perfectly well for kids birthday party or ladies kitty party. They are very easy to make and delicious to eat. Try this recipe at home and have a wonderful evening.
