Bitter Gourd

My mother loves vegetables and she made me love it too. Not by force but through the taste and aroma of her veggie preparations. My most favorite dish was stuffed bitter gourd. Though I am not sure how exactly to come up with such a wonderful dish but one thing for sure is I know the health benefits of this dishes. The reason being she kept reminding me of those every time she came up with this dish.
