Other seeds that we have been adding to our diet include watermelon seeds, melon seeds, bean seeds, Chironji, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds. While making their small sweet balls, pudding, syrup, or sweet dishes, do not use too much sweetness. Otherwise, there will be loss instead of benefit. There is a lot of salt in roasted seeds available in the market, so use them after roasting them at home.
