Makki Mooli Paratha

Its the winter season corn (Makki) crop is in full bloom, I remember the days my grandma used to make delicious hand rolled parathas using the Makki ka aata. I filled in some radish (mooli) in these parathas to make Makki Mooli Paratha, these were so delicious that it is just impossible to stop eating them. These go best with some dahi and raw onion with some jaggery (gud) on the side, and can be served during the lunch or dinner. Since you don’t need a curry on the side, it is fairly easy to get away with these at meal times, once you have the dough ready, you can have your family on the table while you turn out delicious hot parathas. This is the right time of the year to enjoy these so why not use this recipe to make mouth watering parathas at home. Here is Makki Mooli Paratha Recipe, bookmark it and make sure you use it at least few times in this season.
