Papad Ki Chaat

True to my Indian roots, I love having chaat, whether it is pani poori or dahi bhalle, aaloo tikki or bhel puri, I just love them all. I also like to innovate with these and often they turn out really well. This time I made Papad Ki Chaat which is what I share with you today. It took me less than ten minutes to make it and it tasted awesome. I mixed some papad with chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies with some nice masala and the Papad Ki Chaat was ready. I served it as a precursor to lunch and it acted as a surprising appetite booster and everyone loved the idea. You can serve it as an evening snack as well. So go ahead and use this simple recipe to create this lip smacking chaat with basic ingredients available in all Indian homes. Enjoy your meals!
