Recipe for Zucchini Halwa

Here’s the delicious dessert recipe made from Zucchini:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Zucchini 
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoon Desi Ghee
  • 1 Spoon poppy seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • Half Bowl Sugar
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Walnuts
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios 

Recipe:

  1. Take two zucchinis and peel them well.
  2. Wash the zucchinis and grate them in a big bowl.
  3.  Pour the grated mixture of Zucchini into a frying pan and stir well on high flame until the water content gets absorbed.
  4. Pour milk into the grated mixture of Zucchini and stir well until the milk gets mixed with the Zucchini.
  5. When the milk gets dry, add half a bowl of sugar and two tablespoons of pure desi ghee to the Zucchini.
  6. Add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, poppy seeds and cardamom powder in the zucchini halwa and stir well on High well.
  7. Cook until all the ingredients get mixed up well.
  8. Serve hot
