Movie Plot
Three years after the daring Owen saved dinosaurs from extinction, Jurassic World theme park again faces a massive danger. A billowing volcano is soon going to erupt which will consume the island where the park is located. Not everyone is in favour of saving the cloned dinosaurs, but Claire and Owen cannot let them die. What follows are strategies and twists that keep the plot running.
Movie Review:
When the storyline about a futuristic wildlife park originated three years ago, everyone was willing to watch the movie and Jurassic World was a blockbuster. However, the sequel is not at all par with Steven Spielberg’s whimsical and wonderous movies. Logic leaps a bit more than it should have and lacked detailing. It seems that the creators of the movie weren’t as interested in saving the dinosaurs, no matter how much noble the characters in the movie were. They rushed through the plotline and even dinosaurs lacked focus. They were saved, but they would still be disappointed for not having much screen time. The only thing appreciable about the movie was direction by Bayona. He builds tension and unease in audience in an exceptional way, but it didn’t have the full impact because of poor script.
Our Verdict:
The movie was a disappointment, but the kids may love it because of the mythical creatures involved. The action amid dinosaurs and the number of explosions will keep them thrilled. However, adults may find the movie a bit too flat.
