5. Cameron Highlands
Cameron Highlands was named after Sir Williams Cameron who discovered it in 1885. There are numerous things to do in Cameron Highlands. You can visit the Memorabilia Museum, Butterfly Farm, Strawberry Farm, Tea Gardens and go Forest Hiking at Brinchang….the list is endless. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountains, and also pay obeisance at the local Hindu temples.
Best time to visit
If you like cold weather, then visit between December to February.
How to get there?
The most comfortable way to get to Cameron Highlands is to take the direct bus from Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.
Apart from these places, you can also visit Islamic Arts Museum in Perdana Botanical Garden, Menara KL Tower in Pineapple Hills Kuala Lumpur, Petronas Twin Towers, Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, and Kota Kinabalu to name a few.
