All you need is (serves 4)
Passion Fruit juice – 1 cup (this would come of about 8-10 passion fruits depending on the size)
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Tea – 2 tsp
Water – 4 cup
Ice – 2 cup
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Mint leaves – 12-14
Lemon slices
Iced Passion Fruit Tea Recipe
Preparation time: 10 min.
Making time: 10 min.
Boil the tea in water with sugar, strain and cool it in the refrigerator.
Add passion fruit juice, lemon juice and mix well.
Fill the serving glasses with ice cubes and mint leaves.
Pour the tea in the glasses.
Decorate with lemon slices.
Serve cold.
