All you need is (serves 4)

Cucumber – 1 (cut in small cubes)

Onion – 1 (cut in small slices)

Tomato – 1 (chopped)

Radish – 1 (cut in small cubes)

Green chili – 2 (chopped)

Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Lime juice – 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Kachumber Salad Recipe

Preparation time: 10 min.

Making time: 5 min.

Mix cucumber, onion, tomato, radish, green chili in a bowl and chill it in the fridge for about an hour.

Add lime juice, salt, chaat masala and toss the salad.

Top it up with green coriander (mix or garnish as you wish).

Serve fresh.
