Recipe for Fox nut curry

Fox nuts are very rich in antioxidants and healthy for the heart. It helps to make the skin look glow and young. There is a very high quantity of magnesium, potassium and sodium in foxnuts.

It can be a very healthy snack for daily routine. The fox nuts can be a perfect option as a weight-loss snack if you’re on a weight loss journey. In addition, doctors may advise the consumption of foxnuts for patients who suffer from hypertension. A lot of snacks can be made from foxnuts. 

Here is a fantastic recipe for fox nuts curry: 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup foxnuts
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes 
  • One chopped green chilli
  • One tablespoon ginger
  • Four tablespoons ghee
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • One teaspoon cumin seeds
  • One teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Two tablespoon cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • One tablespoon coriander

Recipe:

1. Take a grinder and add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and ginger. Grind the ingredients well.

2. Heat a pan and add two big tablespoons of pure ghee to it. Now add the fox nuts and fry them until golden brown.

3. When the fox nuts get golden brown, take them out, place them on a plate, add some cashews in the same pan, and heat them until golden brown. 

4. Now, place the cashew nuts on a plate and add some Cumin seeds in the same pan. Hit them for 20 seconds and then add the purity of tomatoes, turn the flame low and heat well. 

5. Now add the fresh cream, and if you want to make some more gravy, you can add 1 to 2 cups of water. 

6. Eat it on a low flame for 5 to 6 minutes, and then add the cashew nuts and fox nuts to it.

7. Let the fox nut curry heat for 2 to 3 minutes. 

8. Garnish some fresh coriander leaves while serving. Serve hot with Laccha paratha.
