Recipe for Schezwan Veggie Pops

Schezwan veggie pops is a lip-smacking appetiser that is delicious. This dish is made up of a lot of vegetables. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can add chicken stuffing to the Nuggets. Cotton and cheese can also be used in these pop nuggets. 

Here’s the recipe for Schezwan veggie pops:


  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 4 Finely chopped onions
  • One chopped capsicum
  • 7-8 finely chopped beans
  • One grated carrot
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cumin powder
  • 1/4 spoon red pepper
  • One spoon of lemon juice
  • Two small spoons of Schezwan sauce
  • Six boiled potatoes
  • Bread crumbs
  • Two tablespoons coriander
  • One tablespoon of refined flour
  • One tablespoon salt
  • Three tablespoons water


1. Heat oil in a pan. Then pour over the chopped carrots, capsicums, beans and green chillies in the pan. 

2. Now add the Salt and black pepper. Mix well, then add Lemon juice to it. Cook it for a while, then add the Schezwan sauce to the cooked veggies.

3. Take a plate and add the boiled potatoes. Mash them well and mix them with the bread crumbs. 

4. With the help of your hands, start making Small bowls of mashed potatoes and shape them into the form of nuggets.

5. Take a small bowl, add refined flour, and add three tablespoons of water. Mix this mixture well.

6. Start dipping the nuggets in refined flour and bread crumbs.

7. You can insert ice cream sticks in the nuggets to give them the shape of Schezwan lollipops.

8. Heat a cauldron and add some oil to it. Start pouring the nuggets one by one into the cauldron. Fry until crispy.

9. Place a napkin on a plate and take out the nuggets from the oil.

10. The nuggets are ready. Let the napkin soak the extra oil.

Serve hot with mint sauce, or if you love extra spicy, you can eat it with Schezwan sauce.
