A lot of us love strawberries and in the winter season the quality of strawberry we get improves a lot. There are so many mouth watering strawberry products available in the market, while the red shining raw strawberries are as always inviting. Having tasted a lot of these I thought of making a strawberry smoothie with fresh red strawberries, but I loaded it with strawberry yogurt and strawberry ice-cream, and now having loaded it so much, I now call it Strawberry Overload. The name itself was so innovating and inviting that everyone in the house had a glass full and were looking for more. It is best served fresh, and since it can be made with few minutes, you can make it just when you are ready to serve the breakfast. So why don’t you overload this wonderful fruit for your breakfast beverage and enjoy it with everyone in your home. Here is the Strawberry Overload Recipe.

All you need is (serves 4)

Milk – 1/2 lt

Strawberry – 1 cup (cut in small pieces)

Strawberry Yogurt – 2 cup

Strawberry Ice cream – 5 scoop

Sugar as per taste (I made without sugar)

Strawberry – 4 (slit for garnishing)

Strawberry Overload Recipe

Preparation time: 10 min.

Cooking time: 5 min.

Blend the cut strawberries with 1 cup milk into a smooth paste.

Add strawberry yogurt, sugar and rest of the milk and blend for a min.

Add 1 scoop strawberry ice-cream and blend for few seconds.

Pour in serving glasses, top it with a scoop of ice-cream each.

Garnish the slit strawberry each on the glass.

Serve fresh.
