3. Honey
Honey is one eternal food that just won’t go bad. It is mainly because it is highly acidic and has very low moisture – the two big major defences against spoilage of food. There is a reason archaeologists have discovered honeypots dating back to thousands of years. Just keep it in low moisture conditions and sealed in a tight jar, and you’ll have the sweet sticky fluid for life and future generations.
