This comes for our veggie lovers and is one of the most ordered food dishes around India, Paneer Tikka as the name suggests is made with Paneer and served along with some onion/ tomato and capsicum for a hearty meal. Generally all over India Paneer Tikka is made in a tandoor, however the other day I’d some left over paneer cubes and I wanted to put good use to them, so I decided to make a Tava Paneer Tikka at home using the absolute basics. As I know many of you don’t have an easy access to a tandoor, you too can follow this Tava Paneer Tikka Recipe to make one of the most delicious paneer recipes at home. I used the toothpicks to combine the small paneer cubes with cut onions and capsicum and roasted the tikka on a tava and it came out absolutely mouth watering. Paneer is rich in proteins and extremely healthy for everyone, and this preparation does not use much of oil as in case of deep frying, so is a good choice for any day. Let’s see how to prepare it.
