Hailing from Tamil Nadu, Akash Manoj is one of the youngest cardiology researcher and inventor. Manoj was only 15 years old when he invented a skin patch which can detect a silent heart attack. His invention can detect the silent heart attack six hours before it takes place. The skin patch can be attached to the wrist or to ear. It works by releasing a positive impulse which will be attracting the negatively charged protein that is released by the heart for signalling the heart attack. The research and innovation of Manoj regarding the heart attack and cardiac problems have received clinical validation from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi; Tokyo University of Science and also London’s Royal Society of Medicine. Manoj’s invention is a revolution in heart and healthcare.
