Beauty Tips for Glowing Skin in Winters

7. Exfoliation

Exfoliation

We all glorify the importance of moisturisation. But, its effect dwindles down to zilch if you don’t exfoliate. An exfoliated skin is healthy skin, fact. Exfoliation helps to rub away the dead skin cell layer and allows the applied moisture get in. It also helps the skin to absorb nutrients. However, it should be immediately followed by moisturisation. Which type of exfoliation mask should be used largely depends on the skin type – oily, dry, or normal. For dry skin, it’s best to use one that is honey-based. For oily skins, physical exfoliators like a cleansing device or a scrub are your best bet. And, for normal skin, use a finely granulated exfoliator. Your skin will thank you.
