10. Dangal (2016)
This film is based on the real life story of Haryanvi amateur wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. His life struggle to make his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari world-class female wrestlers of India is portrayed in the film. It was produced by Aamir Khan (along with UTV Motion Pictures and Walt Disney Pictures India), who also played the role of the protagonist Mahavir Singh Phogat. Dangal went on to become the highest-grossing Indian film ever and also won many awards including 4 Filmfare Awards (Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Action).
