  • Prabhas was born in the family of film producers Uppalapati Surya Narayana Raju and Siva Kumari. 
  • He is the youngest of three kids and has a sister named Pragathi and a brother named Prabodh. 
  •  His lineage is from Mogalthur, which is close to Bhimavaram in Andhra Pradesh. 
  • He completed his intermediate education at Nalanda College in Hyderabad. Satyanand Film Institute in Visakhapatnam was where he obtained his degree.

In 2002

Prabhas made his entertainment industry debut with Eeswar.

In 2003

He played a significant role in Raghavendra. 

In 2004

He had an appearance in Adavi Raamudu and Varsham in 2004.

In 2005

He appeared as a migrant who is exploited by goons in the 2005 films Chatrapathi and Chakram, which S. S. Rajamouli directed. It took place in 54 places for 100 days. Idlebrain.com regarded him as having a distinctive flair and a macho appeal throughout his on-screen presence.

In 2007 & 2008

Following that, he starred in the 2007 action-drama Yogi, Munna, and Pournami. He furthermore had a part in the 2008 action thriller Bujjigadu.

In 2017

The movie was the catalyst for the new cinema trend known as Pan-India films. Prabhas took up the starring role in the movie’s 2017 continuation, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. It earned beyond 1,000 crores in India for the first time and the second-highest box office total in India in merely 10 days following its release. He received the SIIMA Award for Best Actor for his performance in The Conclusion. He gained weight for the Baahubali part, topping out at 105 kg.

In 2019

In 2019 Saaho, an action thriller directed by Sujeeth, featured Prabhas.

In 2021

Later in 2021, Prabhas participated in the historical love movie Radhe Shyam, created by Radha Krishna Kumar, which garnered mixed reviews despite garnering scathing reviews.

In 2022

Prabhas has several movies in various stages of production, the first of which is the action movie Salaar, directed by Prashanth Neel. He has also wrapped up filming for Adipurush, a Ramayana adaption in which he plays the part of Rama.
