Ingredients needed for Broccoli And Cheese Bites
Broccoli – 1 no.
Cheese – 1 cup (grated) , I used mozzarella cheese
Eggs – 2
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil for frying (if you are deep frying the bites)
How to make Broccoli And Cheese Bites
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Form small bite sized balls with hand until you use all the material.
Pre heat the oven to 180 C or if you are deep frying heat oil in a pan.
Bake/ deep fry the bites until golden brown.
Serve hot with your choice of ketchup.
