I don’t remember having Kiwi fruit too many times in my childhood, however once I started to have it, I really liked the taste. The fruit does not appeal too much from the outer side, but when cut, the lush green colour of Kiwi invites you to have a bite. I mixed this awesome taste of Kiwi with Bananas to make a different milk shake which I call as Kiwi and Banana Shake. The shake has a green tinge and tastes great, and Banana and Kiwi are smoothly mixed together. It is another good option for morning breakfast as it is filled with fiber, energy and Vitamin C. Have it with some toasted bread and butter or garlic bread. Anything different, whether it is the taste or colour gets noticed, and so was Kiwi and Banana Shake and it left everyone pleased. You just have to blend the fruits together and add milk to it to make this inviting drink, which I have summarized in the recipe below. So when you want to have a slightly different start of your day, have it with Kiwi and Banana Shake.
All you need is
Kiwi – 1 (peeled and cut into small pieces)
Banana – 1 (peeled and cut into small pieces)
Sugar – 2 tsp
Milk – 2 cup
Kiwi and Banana Shake Recipe
Put the fruits into a blender with half cup milk and sugar, blend into a paste.
Put rest of the milk and blend for about half a minute.
Pour into glasses with 3 – 4 ice cubes and serve fresh. Enjoy!
