Plums are in season and they remind me of my childhood when we used to enjoy them. They only come for a few weeks during the onset of summer, and it is time to make use of them in any form you can. For a perfect weekend dish, I made Plum Mutton and served it with some chapatis. Plums gave a nice sweet and sour taste to the mutton, adding a great appeal. In fact, since they soaked up the mutton juices, I was searching for plum pieces more than mutton in the curry! This is an absolute delight to have and you must give it a try with this Plum Mutton Recipe.
