Recipe for Rose Truffle

Rose petals are one of the most beneficial ingredients which naturally boost health and beauty. They look gorgeous, and these petals have plenty of health benefits.

They have a high amount of Vitamin C, which fights the free radicals that cause skin ageing signs and helps fight back by increasing collagen production. These petals also have the anti cooling properties that help keep the body cool during summers and promote bouncy, firm skin and soft skin.

Ingredients:

  • Two tablespoons of Dried rose petals
  • Two tablespoons of Acacia gum
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups of warm water
  • Pure ghee
  • One tablespoon pistachios
  • One tablespoon of cashew nuts 
  • One tablespoon of chopped almonds
  • One teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • Eight black pepper
  • One tablespoon saffron 

Recipe:

1. Heat a pan and add four tablespoons of ghee to it. 

2. Now add eight black pepper seeds and one cup of flour in ghee.

3. Stir well on low flame until it turns golden brown. 

4. When the batter gets brown and the fragrance rises, add the dried rose petals.

5. Now add one teaspoon of cardamom powder and one tablespoon of pistachios, cashews and almonds.

6. Mix well on a high flame and then add four cups of warm water. Mix continuously to prevent lumps. 

7. Stir well until the batter gets thick, and then add 1 cup of sugar and again cook it for a while. Then sprinkle some saffron over it.

8. Now, heat another pan and add a big spoon of ghee. 

9. Add two tablespoons of Acacia gum and spread it in the ghee with the help of a spoon.

10. Again, add some dried rose petals over it. 

For serving

1. Take ample beautiful glassware. 

2. Firstly, add some rose petals to the base. You can also decorate the borders of the glass with Hershey’s chocolate or strawberry syrup. 

3. Now add the mixture of rose truffle, then add acacia gum. Spread it beautifully. 

4. Add some pistachios and almonds to the top of the first layer.

5. By repeating these steps, make four layers and sprinkle some saffron, pistachios, cashews, and rose petals on the top.
