The board highlighted the skill-based learning and competency-based assessments. The overall development of students is not based on mere learning but also on taking parts in co-curricular activities.

The batch of 2025 is one amongst to experience New Education Policy’s reforms. It emphasizes on the skill based learning, interdisciplinary approaches, and reduced rote learning, students found this year’s exams more conceptual.

Due to the NEP’s influence, the revised syllabus includes more case-study based questions, and competency-based assessment patterns. Students initially struggled with the transition, but those who adopted the new learning methods performed well.

Challenges Faced by Students

Although the outcome was positive, students and educators pointed out several challenges:

  • Increased Stress Levels: stress level amongst the students increased due to increasing competition in securing admissions in top colleges. Students reported sleepless nights and anxiety ahead of the exams and results.
  • Lack of Career Guidance: Students mostly depend on the exam results to decide their future stream without a proper counselling or guidance.
  • Disparity in Resources: Students from rural areas had to face struggles in approaching proper coaching and digital tools and reach fewer resources than those of urban areas.

Conclusion

The CBSE class 10th and 12th result is a success of another academic year and it shows the diligence amongst the students. It proved the hard work of the students, the dedication the showed towards exam and their talent.

Marks are important, but what is more important is the willingness to learn and adapt things and trying to achieve your goal. Every student’s journey is unique, it should not be compared with the other students and embraced evenly.
