3. D’Souza Chawl
This, like other Chawls of Mumbai, used to be as ordinary and normal as it could be until an old lady dies. Locals tell tales that she fell into an unmanned village and from then on the regular normal routines have been interfered by supernatural affairs. But, that’s only at night. The spooky affairs never have happened during the day and the people living there go about their mundane activities as if nothing extramundane is there. The lady ghost is also very well-behaved. Despite her moving to the other world unwillingly, she doesn’t hold a grudge at all for those who are alive and kicking. No reports of her hurting or attacking anybody in the regions have ever surfaced. Manners maketh the man and the ladies who are a ghost. Indeed.
