Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary
Spread over an area of 440 acres, Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is located on the western edge of Chorao Island. The sanctuary is the home to migratory avifauna. During the high tides, people are restricted from accessing the sanctuary. It also has a watch tower. Mudskippers and fiddler crabs are usually spotted in the sanctuary.
