Travel to Porbandar is made easy by the presence of an extensive network of roads and railways. This coastal city of Gujarat can also be reached by air or by sea. Tourists can also avail the Gujarat State Transport Buses according to their convenience.

The trains arrive at Porbandar via Ahmedabad. Among the trains that reach Porbandar, the Saurashtra express is the best option. This train takes about 4 hours to arrive at Porbandar station from Mumbai. Another train, known as the Kniti Express, departs from Rajkot and reaches Porbandar station within 6 hours.
