Kollam Beach

Kollam beach forms a central place among the tour itinerary of the tourists. This beach is a perfect place for various activities in the lap of nature. The Thangasseri Lighthouse is one of the major attractions of Thangasseri beach.

Paravoor is another exotic beach very close to Kollam, about 20 kilometers from the city. It is a narrow stretch of land that extends between the backwaters and the sea.

The golden sands and azure water of the sea attract tourists to this virgin beach. Just 2 km from Kollam is the Mahatma Gandhi beach, which is a captivating place to visit.

These Kollam beaches can be reached very easily through taxis and auto rickshaws. The ideal time to visit these beaches of Kollam is between August to March. It can thus be said that Kollam Beach adds to the beauty of the place and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The tourists can splurge and relax at the beaches in Kollam and thus enjoy their holidays.
