Recipe for Dhokla with Salsa

Dhokla is very similar to khaman, while khaman is generally made from chickpeas and yellow. However, it is made of a batter obtained from a mixture of rice flour and chickpea flour, whereas Salsa is a Mexican dish composed of beautiful red tomatoes and other veggies. You can also make Salsa in Indian style.
