Fries are made from potato which is a rich source of carbohydrates and other vitamins. But, as fries are deep fried in vegetable oil or any other hydrogenated oil, there is a high amount of trans fat present in them. So, before you buy fries keep in mind that it contains nearly 6 grams of trans fat in one serve.
Alternate: Eat baked potato chips instead of fries. Roasted nuts would also do.
