2. Chamomile Tea –
Chamomile Tea is a powerful antioxidant and has sedative properties. It helps in relieving stress and improving sleep. Chamomile Tea also controls the central nervous system and reduce the tension of muscles and tissues. Because of the presence of sesquiterpene lactone content in Chamomile Tea it tastes bitter but it reinforces the liver in detoxifying the pathways of the body. It has the ability to calm the nerves; it also helps a person have sound sleep so one should drink it at night.
How to make: Take 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers.
1. Boil the water and add 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers.
2. Remove it from the heat and keep it covered for at least 10 minutes.
Consume it every day for at least two weeks for seeing a change in your body.
