Chandra Shekhar – Samajwadi Janata Party

Tenure – 10th November 1990 to 21st June 1991 for 223 days

During his political career, Chandra Shekhar was a part of various political parties. First, he was a member of the Socialist Party and later joined the Congress, and then the Janata Dal Party. He was the President of the Janata Party from 1977 to 1988. He served as the 9th Prime Minister of India.
