The Man We’ll Never Get over…
The other person who got most Googled this year is Salman Khan. I personally have never got his appeal. He frequently hits 100 crore clubs, alright. Both women and men love him (Why though!) and he’s on the top spot in the Forbes list of richest Indian celebrities in this year. Fixation with the rich and famous is not new, neither it is surprising! But, how a man in his 50’s with withering looks is still on the most searched celebrity list? I mean there are other people who clearly qualify as Richie Rich, are in better shape and younger, but they don’t make it. A few years back up till his late 40s, he had often been labelled as the most eligible bachelor. Talk about an aged person being a woman-magnet! But in reality, he kind of is, if we look at the most searched celebrity list again. Is this some kind of condition we’ve caught on in which we love short rich ageing guys? Human psyche, huh!
2018 list is indeed eccentric. People who you will expect the least are actually the most talked about. Incredible India, they rightly say. We have explored certain people at length and now are left with extraordinary memorable Internet moments. BTW, who topped off your browser history this year?
