4 Dead as Muri Express Derails in UP

At least four people have died and many injured after Muri Express got derailed near Sirathu in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh. According to media reports, about 10 bogies of train number 18109 from Tata Nagar to Jammu Tawi derailed near Sirathu. Reportedly, rescue and relief operations are underway.

UP CM Akhilesh Yadav announced Rs 2 lakh as exgratia for the victims of this train derailment.
11 Killed in a Bus Accident on Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway 11 people have been killed and about 20 were injured in an accident that occurred between a mini bus and a luxury bus near Mumbai. Two killed and 14 others injured in a bomb explosion in a court in Arrah, Bihar. As per media reports, a woman carrying the bomb is suspected to be a human bomber by the police.
