The waters of three different water bodies- the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal, mingle at Kanyakumari.The famous tourist spots in Tamilnadu include Anamalai, Auroville, Chidambaram, Coimbatore, Coonoor, Covelong, Gingee, Hogenakal, Padmanabham, Cholamandal, Pulicat, Suchindaram, Point Calimere,Kotagiri,Thiruvanmiyur, Mudumalai, Mandanthurai Tiger Sanctuary, Tiruchchirappalli, Srirangam and Ooty.
