To travel to Calangute by train, one has to avail the railway station that is closest to the city. This station is situated at Karmali, which is located at a distance of 14 km from Calangute. People can use the local transport from the railway station in order to reach Calangute. From the railway station of Karmali, one can avail a number of trains to reach various important places. Two main regular trains from Karmali Railway Station are Rajkot-Cochin Express and Rajkot-Trivandrum Express.
