9. Honda Amaze D-tec
Having done more than five years in the Indian market since its launch, the Amaze has undergone one minor feature upgrade, and a full facelift, both a couple of years apart. It uses the same 1.5 litre diesel engine that powers the Jazz and the City and comes with the options of either a five-speed manual gearbox or a CVT automatic. Surprisingly though, its CVT produces a slightly better kmpl figure of 23.8. Priced between rupees 7 lakh and 9 lakh, the Amaze is a pretty good option for those looking to pick-up a micro-sedan under the 10 lakh budget.
