It is practically the same car in two different avatars, and what badge it wears to your garage also depends on preference entirely. Powered by a 1.2 litre DualJet petrol engine which is mated to a five-speed manual transmission box, the Baleno/Glanza petrol makes for a fuel efficiency of 23.8 kilometres to a litre. There are actually two variants of the same engine, and the one discussed here comes with as a mild-hybrid system, thus the impressive economy. Priced between 7.2 lakh and 7.8 lakh rupees, either variant is a good option, though our money is on the Glanza.
