Bhune Chane Ki Chaat

Bhune Chane Ki Chaat

Just remembering my childhood, when the roasted grams or bhune chane used to be sold by street vendors and sometimes on their cycles. They used to serve them in a newspaper cone and the chanas tasted really great. Over a period of time these vendors have taken to other types of food and its hard to find bhune chane on the streets nowadays. Just the other day I spotted a pack of these roasted grams in a local super market and I just could not stop myself picking it up. Although these roasted grams can be had just by themselves, wanting to do something different I added onions, tomatoes with some masala and made a chaat out of it which I call as Bhune Chane Ki Chaat. The chaat tastes just awesome and I’m glad I made this and got my kid to taste this wonderful snack, as the grams are high in proteins and are extremely nutritious for the kids. I am sure your kids would also love it and keep asking for more everyday. This is easy and fast to prepare, so why say no to them? Just use this simple recipe for a great nutritional and amazing Bhune Chane Ki Chaat.
