Mithali Raj
Standing tall and proud with her team, right beside the men’s, Mithali Raj has broken the old stereotype- that cricket is a men’s sport.
Captain of the Indian cricket team, Mithali has several laurels to her name. In June this year, she became the first Indian cricketer to reach 2000 runs in T20 innings. Having led her team to World Cup finals in 2005 and 2017, she is also the only Indian captain (male or female), to hold that post in more than one World Cup finals.
