Washim Parliamentary Constituency is located in western India in the state of Maharashtra. The city was the center of power during the Vakataka dynasty. Washim Parliamentary Constituency is located in the Washim district.

The population of the city is around 62,863 residents according to the 2001 census. Approximately 48 percent of the population are females while that of males are 52 percent.
