Baramati Parliamentary Constituency is located in western India in the state of Maharashtra. It is situated in the district of Pune district and is also a municipal council. Baramati Parliamentary Constituency is the hometown of political leader Sharad Pawar.
The city has a population of around 51,342 according to the 2001 census. 48 percent of the population comprises of females while 52 percent are males. Pawar Sharadchandra Govindrao has been winning the elections from here five times.
