The Mysore Palace

The Mysore Palace is a fine example of the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture. Chamundi Hills

A few kilometers to the south east of the fort in Mysore lies the Chamundi Hills which rises to a height of 1,050 metres above sea level. Atop the hill is a temple dedicated to the ancestral goddess of the Mysore royal family Goddess Kali, who is also referred to as Goddess Chamundi.
