Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) offers the following concessions to its customers:
- Group of 10 passengers or more is given a 10 percent discount on the applicable bus fare
- Passengers who purchase return tickets are allowed a discount of 10 percent on the applicable bus fare
- Free bus travel to the Differently Abled, Member of Parliament, Gallantry Award winners, Padma Shree Award winners and Freedom fighters.
