24. Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana
This Life insurance scheme was launched on May 9, 2015 by the PM Modi. People between the age of 18 and 50 with bank accounts are eligible for this scheme. On this Yojana, the GST is also exempted. The scheme has ₹330 as an annual premium. Under this scheme, the amount gets debited automatically from the account. An amount of ₹2 lakh will be paid to the nominee in case the subscriber dies. As of December 20, 2021, more than 3 crore women enrolled in this scheme.
